I love how buying property is just an excuse for the industry to add loads of fees that don’t really seem to mean anything but you can’t argue with and just have to accept.

Yep. I’ve had this plan of the new place right next to my armchair since the beginning of July, and I can’t believe the time to move in is finally set and just about here.

Entering the final days (hopefully) of my 15 years in Kensal Green, I am reflecting on why I've had to put up with a weird 70s wooden chalet of a tube station when we could have had the lovely 1917 original. What were they thinking in 1980 when they demolished it?
