4/4 Capitalism hoards resources, it does not distribute them. Anyone wishing the government to be more capitalistic will be in for a rude awakening.

3/4 To measure the government by capitalist P&L principles is to fundamentally miss the point. Capitalism does not exist to protect the public health, promote peace, or further a country’s influence.

2/4 However, capitalism is an economic — not a governmental — system of private ownership of the means of production. It concentrates power, and operates for profit, not for the public good.

And yes, I fully realize AI is coming for my job(s), and that intellectual property is property.
