Yes, literally. His parents met while she was researching for the movie. They married and he was born a month after the film premiered.

It was tied up with rights issues until recently, so now’s the time to finally check it out. It’s very good.

During covid, I was part of the Auntie Sewing Squad, making free face masks. Because aunties look out for all the kids.

Let me drop local knowledge: Rob is from Pacifica, CA, just south of SF. Any time he drove to the Golden Gate Bridge, he would’ve passed the SHRINERS’ HOSPITAL FOR CRIPPLED CHILDREN on 19th Ave., opened in 1922. It still had that name on a sign out front when it closed in 1997.

One thing I love about the @500songspodcast.bsky.social podcast is it’s like James Burke’s “Connections” series.

Where Burke showed how rug designs led to computer programming via airline reservations, Andrew shows how Frankie Valli led to Led Zeppelin via Joan Rivers.
