Self accountability post! I’ve not been posting my pics, but I HAVE been working out. Last two weeks have gotten in four workouts a week, mostly over lunch. Time to start adding some lifting into the routine. Anyone got a good program/app to help out?

It was a workout day! Day# 1 this week, working toward change. Extra pics to catch up from my three workouts last week. Traveling and work kept me away more than I wanted! Note to self: I need a new photo pose.
