Related to the article linked in the original post, the petitions that Bobby downplays were legitimate, and I know this because (I can say this without fear for my job now that I've been laid off) I fucking wrote several of them and collected signatures on them. They're still on my Google drive.

Those of us who were organizing Acti/Blizz had nothing to do with the lawsuits other than encouraging people who had been harmed to get their payout. The lawsuits happened long before the unionization campaign really took off. Bobby Kotick is a lying sack of shit. 1/2
A woman literally died as a result of the harassment and bullying she faced at Activision Blizzard under Kotick. What about her? Was she fake as well? Did the unions have her killed? You fucking dipshit.

I worked with an unfortunate number of chuds and personally witnessed harassing/predatory behavior. Very glad for the women who got compensation for the things they endured.
Sincerely hoping for those who are still employed after the layoffs that the company does not reverse course on DEI. 2/2
