Sugo!

This time, a "dark" card, with a few layout additions. Dark cards are selfish, corrupted, that make you stronger at the cost of your teammates wellbeing.

Beseech allows you to steal other players' cards that they have exhausted.

Hey, it's been a while.

We've got to work and there's new stuff to show!
Presenting "The Bandit"!

One of the first bosses players can fight in Sugo, he's a menace! Pouncing out of nowhere, shanking and stabbing.

Warriors beware!

There he is! The main antagonist of Sugo. The corrupted hero, once part of the crew, now the power-hungry villain (name in the works 😅).

What do you think? Is he villainous enough?

Here's another "Sugo!" card!

"Dash Attack" is a wind 🍃 card, that buffs the next card while also doing damage itself and preparing a powerful combo! Maybe you can play it with "Press the Attack"?

More "Sugo!" art!
This time, also showing the card layout.

"Press the Attack" is a fire card that gets stronger the more setup you and your teammates do in a turn.

What do you think?

I think it's time to start showing some art for "Sugo!", the cooperative roguelike board game I'm working on.

This is "Charged Blade"! What do you think? Can pixel art pieces work for board/card games?

Nothing better than a day full of trying to refactor a multiplayer game to use prediction and rollback fighting with Godot's indeterministic physics 🤌.

Big shout-out to David Snopek's tutorial! I'll definitely understand the concepts fully one day.

Hey everyone! Learus here.

Hope I can connect with fellow game devs here, find out, and share cool games and projects we're working on.

I am a generalist game developer, focusing on systems and architecture, but also a musician composing game music as a hobby.

Nice to meet you!
