... The driver's word as to what they were doing at the time of the homicide. My car yells at me when my hands aren't on the wheel in assisted cruise. I'm sure we can get that info recorded in a black box.

Trump is also actively rewriting federal procurement policy, especially defense procurement, to force purchasing more "commercial" items. I think that probably means buying more stuff that was made or contains a lot of foreign content. So, he is partially moving the DIB away from the US.
