Baking has always been an outlet for me. Due to Hurricane Helene, we flooded and my house is unlivable. Camper life isn’t conducive this type of baking. I made this in June. I miss my kitchen 😭

I have not watched cable news in 6 days. Switched to local and CSpan. I must say, the mornings are brighter despite the election results. Also subscribed to the Tampa Bay Times weekly Sunday print + digital. How’s everyone doing ?
