According to my Oura ring, my average resting heart rate has decreased from 75 to 68bpm since April, which is when we got this guy and started on the double daily walkies routine. Thanks mate ❤️

Scott Walker's first 5 studio LPs were arranged by a trans woman, Angela Morley
I love Scott Walker -he's a genius, none like him, etc- but there's no way those LPs make the artistic statement they do without her work (esp Scott 3, which is basically all orchestra)

Attempting to extract my music listening life from streaming entirely. Gone ahead and downloaded all of my bandcamp purchases, dug out my pre-spotify harddrives of mp3s and oggs... now invested in a nice DAP, to have alongside my CDs, vinyl and tapes. Spotify can suck my bum.
