Just a reminder that singing helps with pain relief and it also helps bring people together. Today on my walk I listened to a black bird singing. I stopped and started to sing back. We had a back and forth singing for quite a long time. So beautiful!

There are signs of spring here in Stockholm. I think in the current political climate that one of our best protections against fear and intolerance is to create community. I saw my neighbor today and we ended up taking a walk together. We traded between talking in English and Swedish.

What things do you need but have to constantly ask for? How can you keep working to get your needs met even in the face of difficulties?
