Hot mess. Troll lover. Mind flayer fucker. Durge's willing victim. Horse girl.
She/Her, 18+
Yeah, the forums are in an uproar. While people do like the system, nobody seems okay with the cost.

Not that this affects me at all, but yeah, that's odd.
November 19, 2025 at 7:39 PM
And by night, I mean with the inky black potion.
November 19, 2025 at 5:34 PM
It looks good at night too. I'm definitely gonna be making use of it.
November 19, 2025 at 5:33 PM
He already doesn't like trolls, he's gonna HATE Leah.
November 19, 2025 at 5:16 PM
All I know is somebody is going to have to hold my character back from popping him in the mouth for talking to his son that way.
November 19, 2025 at 5:16 PM
Relatable.
November 19, 2025 at 5:15 PM
Yeah for sure. He's not a villain right now, just kind of a dick. What I hope, if they are going to villain bat him, is that they build it slowly and take a more nuanced approach than they did with Garrosh who went from kind of a hothead to full blown dictator in about 5 seconds.
November 19, 2025 at 5:12 PM
Oh yeah, he definitely comes down hard on him in the Midnight intro. I very much got the vibe of "career military dad doesn't like that son thinks his own thoughts."
November 19, 2025 at 4:04 PM
Yeah that's very true.
November 19, 2025 at 4:02 PM
That's the only two examples I can think of right off hand, but to me he seems very good at othering people when the end justifies the means.
November 19, 2025 at 3:59 PM
It's not the first. In Legion, he lost it because Illidan destroyed Xera, nevermind that Xera was trying to force a change on Illidan that he did not want.

Also in Shadows Rising, he doesn't stop Alleria from torturing an orc civilian and mother to get information. For him it's win at all costs.
November 19, 2025 at 3:58 PM
The question of whether or not Blizz has the writing chops to pull off demonstrating how fighting and endless war far from home has made him lose touch with the human elements of war, that's a different story.
November 19, 2025 at 3:55 PM
I don't think that has to be the only thing. He could, after all that time ceaselessly chasing the Burning Legion, have lost sight of why we fight the battles we fight, which is to protect home and family, and instead replaced it with grandiose notions of vanquishing evil at all costs.
November 19, 2025 at 3:54 PM
Hell yeah, froggy, you tell 'em!
November 19, 2025 at 3:40 PM
Yeah I ended up checking myself a bit later and discovered that too. It's way too much. And with the new cost to save an outfit to the slot, it will completely price new players out of being able to transmog.
November 19, 2025 at 1:56 PM
yes, yes.
November 19, 2025 at 2:57 AM
There's a thread on the beta forums about this. It's just getting started if you want to get in there and make your opinion known. us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/fee...
Feedback: Beta Transmog Prices
there only being 20 save slots sucks but fine w/e ill figure out how to deal. it being 800k to unlock them all, on one character, when i literally have at minimum 10 sets saved on every character? and...

Yeah, it's not account bound. That's insanely expensive.
November 19, 2025 at 2:29 AM
It looks like somebody already did that for me. Gosh I hope those slots are account bound. bsky.app/profile/anto...
800k gold to have all 20 slots is fucking insane.
November 19, 2025 at 2:06 AM
I have lots of gold on the beta, so tomorrow I will see if I can discover the max amount of slots and if the cost keeps climbing or if there's a cap.
November 19, 2025 at 2:04 AM
So far, you get two outfit slots to start. The first additional slot is 100g. After that it goes 500g, 1000g, 5000g, 10000g, 15000g, and that's as far as I've gone. I know it probably still comes out cheaper in the long run, but for an RPer who has 19 outfits saved on retail, that feels STEEP.
