update I did not finish the coffee, my finance can have it when he gets home 😌

breakfast is purely liquid, 190 cal vanilla protein shake w oat milk and vanilla iced coffee for 300 cal (only had half so far)

nic is officially all gone, then I checked my bank account (it’s negative) then I caught myself looking at the entire crumbl menu. I can’t let myself turn food into my next addiction to fill the hole

just ate 2 slices of a frozen pizza, not worth it at all ….. I feel like a puddle of grease

I’m quitting vaping and my new addiction is my diet. I want to put my focus on losing weight and being able to buy new clothes instead 🧘🏻‍♀️

Feeling like you have to fill in the space between/for every meal is insane (and I’ve been doing it). Time to call myself out every time so I don’t gain even more
