Years ago, when I was a wee little staffer, Cory Booker fist-bumped me after I helped make a presentation to the Senate Democratic Caucus. Made me feel like a million bucks. Today, I wish I could return the favor. Thank you, Senator. We are all so proud you. 👊
I may be tired and a little hoarse, but as I said again and again on the Senate floor, this is a moment where we cannot afford to be silent, when we must speak up.
