Had my annual physical today. Best results ever- BP meds cuts by 75%, and no longer pre-diabetic. Also today, insurance stopped covering my GLP1 meds at any meaningful level; co-pay would be 3x my car payment. Not doable.

When facing huge, unwanted change, the unknown is a problem. It will be easier to plan and act once the amorphous future solidifies into the current (likely scary and uncomfortable) reality.

At dusk, there was a pretty big owl hanging out in the tree next door, eyeing my small dog as a potential snack. We went in when the 2nd owl showed up!
