I like old tech, retro gaming, and CRT monitors. I also collect obscure video game plush. The final Splatoon 1 Nintendo Network player! Welcome to the World Wide Web! 🦑

I’m not really active on any platforms anymore, but I check Twitter from time to time and the last time I checked, the last thing I saw was one of her posts. Absolutely gut-wrenching news, especially after the rough year she’s had. I’ll really miss seeing her around.

Another fantastic trip! Some of these photos were pretty spooky, which I like in my urbex. Thank you again for sharing!! Happy Halloween!

This is so cool!! I’ve never been to an actual ghost town before, but I used to be into urban exploration so I’ve always wanted to go.

Also just noticed that Lcd101.com has been slow for *three months!* I’ve been up to my head with other things, so I haven’t messed with the website in a bit. I’ve fixed it now (it had something to do with the music player) and hope to write again very soon.

Huge fan of how these karts look! This is far from the first Mario Kart plush set, but the first with the characters in their cars in over 30 years. They did a really nice job at translating these to plush form whilst retailing all the details from the kart model.

I found my Pog collection last night. But since I’m an ironic hipster, I actually bought about a quarter of them at a secondhand boutique in Seattle in 2019.

I also have the Japanese DVD of Phase One - Celebrity Takedown which also contains these videos, but there’s no way I’m passing something this cool up. Notably, Tomorrow Comes Today is a lot smoother and squished into 4:3 because the US hadn’t quite figured out analogue widescreen yet.
