oh, I remember this airport as being delightfully small and easy to navigate!
I used to fly there from Seattle (usually via Denver) then rent a car for my three hour drive north to visit my folks rather than do the puddle-jumper from O'Hare to South Bend

Someone here on the bluesky app also recommended freezing the butter, then running it over a cheese grater before incorporating it into the flour mixture.
That has become my current method. It's fun!
