It's clear from the article that ICE is *miserable* here. They're freezing their asses off and being harassed everywhere they go. Property managers aren't allowing them access to rental properties and people know their rights and aren't letting them in.

Yes, please! I couldn’t believe it when Mayor Carter said during a virtual forum for the proposed sales tax increase (2-3yrs ago?) that adding paid parking to areas like Como isn’t worth it because it would *only* generate ~$1M/yr. Lots of people come from outside of of the city to visit.
