Holy shit, same here. I managed the kitchen. And cooked for 75 residents, Breakfast lunch and dinner. I would sit and talk to them about their lives. And the excitement they had was astounding. And then one day they would just forget who you are. Sometimes I would just break down back on the kitchen

Oh man me too. Working at a retirement home, was one of the most rewarding jobs, getting to make connections with people that didn't really have anyone else.

But damn is it crushing when they pass away... But the show was so good.
