I imagine in some areas people call it unskilled labor, because they've never hired skilled labor and haven't seen how much better it'd be. We keep hiring untrained people, not training them, and then when they've learned by themselves... replacing them with someone new with no training.

That's definitely such an annoying blocker. Been trying to figure out ways to reduce obstacles like that, but not easy.

Though for me it's definitely exercise I hate. Used to go with roommates to the gym, and they came back all energized, while I followed them as a irritable lump of grump

It IS pretty cool to go "my Kiyoshi warriors block your Azula and kill her!". And the Art is nice.

I adored it, from the music to the general vibes of the whole thing. Though I never managed to beat the final area. It was definitely made mainly with multiplayer in mind, even if solo was very much possible (and how I played)
