Sooo I'm next on the delivery path, but also the delivery person seems to have been stuck in the middle of the fields for a while!? Should... Should I check if they're okay!?

Airport store toy shelves are scarce, which is why one has to carefully choose what to stock.
Like this store with actiontastic senator mothma from popular kids... political thriller Andor, and Kraglin, the guy from the fun marvel movie with heart shattering animal abuse, guardians of the galaxy 3

No phantom menace nor yuuzhan vong which would be introduced just the next year. And yet we have a Palpatine somehow returned.

My partner got me a Lego Gameboy + lights for my birthday and I love it!
I'm amazed by the detail they put into it and that all the buttons are actually pressable (they of course do nothing)

And of course I got loot! (well, okay, a lot of this is freebies, or heck a happy meal toy, or just a memento from a thing we did, or a gift from a friend that they brought with them :D)

I'm used to psychologists having extremely short and rare phone reachability, but never seen midnight as an option before. I mean, I guess! Sounds good actually

It was this bad boy. How dare he. Can't even find a photo where he doesn't look adorable

Also, look at my stylish armband/bandage my GP gave me. Thank you cat for biting my arm really hard, just because for some reason you expected me to feed you way earlier than usual. It goes so well with my outfit

Another thing I think often about is the line "Just trying to understand why we keep making the same mistakes... over and over" from Cloud Atlas. That's now clear more than ever. Quite frustrating.
Beautiful movie

Speaking of paranoia: The Truman Show is such a fantastic movie. I think often about it.

Toy Story is another childhood favorite.

Even if it made me mistrust my toys. What if they're also alive!??

Continuing from there: Home Alone is a classic. Like many childhood movies as you grow up you start identifying with the parents. What I didn't expect is that you also start feeling bad for the criminals! Specially in Lost in New York. That kid's a trickster god torturing the souls of the damned!

Feels appropriate to follow up with The Breakfast Club. Like all John Hughes movies it's a fascinating look into a still relevant perspective of teena- oh god... oh god it didn't age well.

Dirty Dancing is one of those movies where I had for the longest time preconceptions. Thought I'd hate it. Turns out it's pretty damn great and progressive.
No one puts Baby in a corner!

No, but seriously, trust me, A Miku Who Can't Sing, a movie based on a gacha game based on a character based on a voice synthesizer, is genuinely good. Like the game it deals with topics including depression and self-worth sincerely, and can be pretty uplifting while taking it seriously

I love anything time travel, and that includes time loop stories and thus Groundhog day. It's just an excellent concept. The day keeps forcing the protagonist to do the day over and over again, seeing what happens with different choices, until they have changed enough to make the "right" choice.
