I’ve had flashbacks to my negative childhood reactions to the Wizard of Oz watching Trump 2.0 unfold. It feels like a horror film remake with Musk spinning the wheels of destruction like a sociopathic “Wizard” and Trump is a brainless servant eager to implement his master’s evil.

This is a coup. And if you think it will stay non-violent then think again. They will try to take what they want by force if they cannot get it any other way. They are not normal or rational. Do not think they will act normal or rational. Remember January 6th. That was just the opening act.

Snappy resignation letters are not courageous. They are smokescreens for people who want to leave the real fight for someone else. People with real principles and real courage do not run. They stand their ground. And they fight back until the scumbags are on the ground and cannot get back up.

Correct. They just need to find their spines and act like Musk et al do not have any of the power they claim to have. But that seems to be a very big ask as we are witnessing.

And I can state based on my 25+ years in government that those cowardly humans are not just private citizens. There are VERY few government officials/employees with enough spine and principles to tell Musk and his wrecking crew to go fuck themselves. A vast majority will step just aside or resign.
