I have stage 4 cancer. Treatment is once every 3 weeks, lasts half an hour unless they’re nice and let me have the whole bag of saline. Chemo was a 5 hour all day process, though, and they usually do that first.

Oh this is the vaccine I'm watching very closely because they're thinking they can expand it into a universal cancer vaccine and also they already know it works on several different types of low mutation, treatment resistant cancers like mine. Hope he gets brain cancer.

I have now just accepted (and convinced my regular travel partners to accept) that I need about 4 hours after every flight just to be Mad At air travel and if people try to make me Not Mad At air travel, it just gets worse. It has made travelling a lot easier.

It also really feels to me like the moral of the story is either "If you have trauma you should not be in charge of anything" OR "you should never try to achieve excellence because mediocrity turns out to be more popular and profitable" and I don't really think either of those is compelling writing.
