SNAP update: the First Circuit has declined to stay the district court ruling and Justice Jackson has now set out this briefing schedule at SCOTUS. In the meantime her administrative stay remains in place so government currently doesn't have to make the full payments.

The Trump video edit was botched, clearly, because it didn't make clear that there was a break between two different statements, but like a lot of media criticism there is obviously a broader agenda here.
