SNAP update: the First Circuit has declined to stay the district court ruling and Justice Jackson has now set out this briefing schedule at SCOTUS. In the meantime her administrative stay remains in place so government currently doesn't have to make the full payments.

It's refreshing to see former sports stars admit that they aren't these superheroes that everyone can learn from (as we hear from the TED Talk/LinkedIn crowd).

Justice Jackson's dissent focuses on her belief that the government has failed to show any harm it suffers as a result of the policy being blocked, while the plaintiffs can show harm if it is in effect.
