Having a really good morning online at the @uniofeastanglia.bsky.social Student Belonging Conference. It was a pleasure to share our student-staff partnership project to create a Hidden Curriculum Glossary.

I'm fortunate enough to work in Alfred Waterhouse's former home, of which he was also the architect (Foxhill House at the University of Reading), he also designed many beautiful buildings in Reading - the town hall (which looks very similar to Manchester's) & Reading School www.reading-school.co.uk

So lovely to present at the Global Students as Partners Roundtable - with colleagues from all around the world, about a student-staff partnership project focused on blended learning in the pandemic, and how it has raised student voices and supports our culture of partnership @unirdg-law.bsky.social

Agreed. Important to remember the impact for our students (& for staff). I think this Sutton Trust infographic is a useful reminder of what the incoming university cohort have been dealing with. They are often forgotten as they have sat both GCSE & A-Levels (1st cohort in 5 years to do both).

Looking forward to presenting at the "Authentic Assessment in Law Symposium" today, about the mock case in my favourite child protection module 'Children, Families & the State', a final year elective module for Law students at the University of Reading. Some really interesting discussions so far.

Feeling a bit festive 🌲. Look at this beautiful card one of my very talented Law students painted and gave to me.
