Bookseller, kitchen bitch, enthusiast.
Just walked past someone filming a right wing 'debate' in Camden. Some white young lad shouting "Am I a fascist?" into the face of an Asian lad, giving no room to reply, face smeared with the joy of hate, like a toddler let loose on a trifle. Gang behind him, all leaning in on the debate partner.

We got a new account at work that sells camel milk products. I asked "Why did they not call it 'drome-dairy'? Not one laugh.

I appreciate this sounds like a Tommy Cooper joke type joke but this genuinely happened. I'm wounded.

28 Years Later is a 2 hour Banksy artwork, which is to say it's empty, condescending, and as politically effective as shouting at your gran over Christmas dinner. No characters, only cyphers, and it's pretty clear Boyle thinks he's 'better' than horror. That's just scratching the surface.

This guy has been cashing out his profits from Spotify and is turning them into science fiction horror killing tech.
Burn Spotify to the ground.
Parasite becomes aggressive.

Sure all the musicians looking at our £0.0003 Spotify payouts for our work are delighted this is what our fans’ money went towards instead, and the fans equally pleased.

Artists are always very in favour of war, traditionally.

Great interview with a tremendous band, which gets to the heart of how much fun the band are having.
Interviewed The Messthetics about their lightning-in-bottle brilliance, the origins and afterlife of Fugazi and their future moves now the majestic James Brandon Lewis has joined their gang. What a band!

this really just encapsulates the question we as musicians know we need to be asking, as to why the fuck do we bother with social media metrics as a means of promoting ourselves? why the fuck do the inventors of shoegaze need a bluecheck instagram account in the first place?

I'm sure that it's a conversation elsewhere, but it's weird how sieg heiling, "white power" yelling, Pantera frontman Phil Anselmo is just accepted now. Big tours with Metallica, on that weird VH1 ICONS gig for Ozzy. Metal Elon just sauntered back in.

I liked Sinners a great deal. I remember reading Moore's From Hell and being impressed with the audacity of the occult stuff. Thrilled to be impressed by the audacity of it in a big budget wide release vampire film.

Appear to have accidentally got on a mobile branch of Lush, rather than what initially took to be a tube carriage. The melange of gross perfume is doing the equivalent of troops playing Drowning Pool at prisoners of war to my nose.
