the biggest loser of the impending trade imbalance is: the average american. the cost of our goods will go up, but our incomes will not. life gets harder for everyone except the ultra wealthy. this is why class solidarity is the only solution forward.

this year i completed my 2024 taxes with FreeTaxUSA, which cost me $16.32 total (for my state return).
every year i run my numbers through at least 2 systems; a minor inconvenience to make sure i get my best return. that's what i get for being an IRS certified taxpreparer in a past life.
