I faithfully watched General Hospital back in the late 80s and the 90s, back when Soaps were worth watching. I was never much of a fan of his or his character, Luke but it was obvious that Tony Geary was very beloved in the industry and I know he will be missed by his colleagues.

The Rob Reiner dead is such a sad tragedy! We live in a crazy world! His talents will be missed.

Rian Johnson makes me feel a little less alone in this world. He writes characters that make me feel seen in a world where I feel like cynics are constantly berating me for my beliefs. All that to say, Wake Up Dead Man is amazing and is probably my favorite of the 3 Knives Out movies.

I mean, Schumer, Jeffries, and the Democratic establishment seem to support Trump and the GOP more than they do Mamdani too!
Trump is transactional. He knows being nicer to Mamdani will help him with his business deals as a New Yorker. He also knows Mamdani is very popular. So, he puts on this charm offensive.
It isn't lost on many that he's warmer to Mamdani than Schumer, Jeffries, or the Democratic establishment.

Apparently, I’m the only one who could not care less about the new Devil Wears Prada movie? I never thought Nate or Andy’s friends were the real villains. I’m sad that Andy didn’t move on and write about things that change the world. Being the next rude girl boss does nothing for me.

I was on ACA insurance in 2023 and part of 2024. The plan I paid $676 for per month is now over $1000 per month. I can't imagine what people who don't have well paying jobs are doing!

This is why English classes are so important for STEM people. They teach reading comprehension which improves one's ability to draw conclusions and make inferences. This is what happens when it's all STEM without humanities.

That's interesting. It's part of the Medicare wellness check and both my parents have had to take it once a year at their PCP annual checkup since turning 65. This is how we knew my mom had Alzheimer's.
