This is a thread for people who get overwhelmed at just how much is broken and need to figure out a point of entry. And yes, OBVIOUSLY, individual efforts can scale and create movements. But part of what makes grassroots work is realistically recognizing what each person or chapter can do.

Hello slew of people and/or bots to tell me that I am undermining people's hope by saying that it's hard to make a big change as one person. You are missing the point; and I think a lot of people also get discouraged by the scope of problems vs. their individual power.
