got around to playing touhou 20 (only done one run so far) and it's fun but the balance feels a bit weird

certain parts are just crazy hard but then you have things like the final spell being really easy

stage 5 non spells felt way way harder than stage 6 non spells

It's been like 4 or 5 years now since I first read umineko and I have been experiencing it again through joseph anderson's stream vods. I just watched the finale and god it's really made me realize why I fell in love with it in the first place.

I've been reading lord of the mysteries and nearly 900 chapters in I'm surprised at just how addicting it is to read now considering I kind of had to force myself to keep reading through most of volume 1
not that I disliked volume 1, it just wasn't gripping in a way that made it hard to put down

today I learned there's a roblox PoFV style game called Arcadian Colosseum
I played against a flandre and somehow won because she just could not dodge the reimu charge level 3 attack with the giant yin yang orbs
it's pretty neat

the graze visual effect in the touhou demo keeps tricking me into thinking it's like lolk and I get disappointed when it doesn't supergraze after lingering next to a bullet
even if it does nothing I just want to hear that supergraze sound it's too satisfying

like what the hell is it even doing there the spirit of umineko just appears out of nowhere in at the end of a touhou remix. The album released half a year before umineko as well
