I like to wear a piece of jewelry or carry a crystal in my pocket that just serves as a periodic reminder. Every time I feel it or catch a glimpse of it, spend a mindful moment reminded of my practice or my goals.

I use the Paprika app. Worth the cost. There is a built in browser to find recipes and when you hit download, it automatically grabs all the recipe text for you and saves it in your collection! Has built in timers, recipe tags, search…so many good features.
