This works! But since I focus on "Latex" Goo. I won't be using it. This is how you can do it in Ibis.
- duplicate colour layer
- put it in folder
- use hexagonal filter & adjust it to your liking
- set folder to overlay 15%
- duplicate layer, set to add, move up a few pixels.
