i like the Venom movies, so when i saw that Rocket got a Venom skin in Marvel Rivals... well, even though i don't play the game i still wanted to play with the idea of that raccoon getting venomized 🤭 (too bad he doesn't get a new voice or lines to go with the skin)

This works! But since I focus on "Latex" Goo. I won't be using it. This is how you can do it in Ibis.
- duplicate colour layer
- put it in folder
- use hexagonal filter & adjust it to your liking
- set folder to overlay 15%
- duplicate layer, set to add, move up a few pixels.
