I’m so exhausted, but the service was so lovely and I’m happy with how it all went. It was very fitting for my mom. I honored her by making some flower arrangements, she would have loved them and it made me feel good to do that 🩷

So, we were at Trader Joe's buying flowers for Lauren's mom's service. Got a lot of flowers, lot cheaper than a florist.

I had to tell the dog groomer about my mom passing when I dropped her dog off today and she literally started crying because she loved my mom. The dog groomer. Live a life where even your dog groomer loves you that much.

Anywho, here’s the progress on the back panel of the jersey. Photo 2 and 3 are the front panel. I do have this eagle decal, but it’s felt so I worry about its longevity. I do have punch needle supplies, maybe I can try making one out of that? Maybe? Idk

Yeah I miss my mom so much it hurts 💔
Nurse Tina, who only took care of my mom officially for 2 days loved her so much that she kept checking on her when she wasn’t her patient. She held her hand after we left the room when she was intubated and then came in to say goodbye to my mom today when she passed. It was moving to see her care
I keep thinking about how wonderful good nurses are.
So grateful to so many people for having taken good care of Lauren's mom. You thank them, but it's not enough.
There should be statues. They should live in palaces.

She’s gone. I was holding her hand and told her whatever she needed was ok and a moment later she stopped breathing 💔
