The immunity decision truly was a catastrophe for the rule of law. As we turn to the courts to respond to rampant lawlessness from the Trump administration, we shouldn't lose sight of the role CJ Roberts and his colleagues played in getting us here.

I knew it. I was bothered by the words Trump used during the signing of the pardon, because they suggested he had no idea what was in the EO.
