You know, I understand the motivations of organizations who are renaming their DEI initiatives in a show of appeasement to an authoritarian regime but I still struggle with it.

Listening to the Nightmare Before Christmas. Jack Skellington is really so wholesome and inclusive. Dude just wants everybody to have some xmas joy, gets buy-in from all of Halloweentown, has a job for every one, gives encouragement and productive feedback. Dude's a real one.

I’m watching The Truman Show again. I love this movie. From a cinematic perspective alone, it’s a treasure. And I find myself wishing all the time that every single person in America was taught about media literacy through the example of The Truman Show.
