So the USAID ruling reveals a solid 4-votes for a totally unbounded Trump.

We’re left with a 5-4 Court ready to rein in Trump, with one decision (March 5) about his power to freeze funds that Congress committed and the other (Feb 21) about his power to fire officers whom Congress tried to protect.
