For years young, smart, talented Canadians came to the US, to places like Silicon Valley, Hollywood, NYC & Seattle, for higher pay & better career opportunities. That's now ended. Recruiting US H1B visa holders is a next step. If things get worse, US citizens in tech, healthcare, R&D will be next.
