Ok. Risked life and limb with my curling wand and I think it looks ok. Not completely even. There’s more volume on the heatless side and the curl width is wrong but no on will notice likely.

Sigh. I wondered last night if my hair was just long enough to use an overnight heatless curler. And it seems to be. Kind of. One part of my hair fell out. The rest is perfect.

My first completed crochet project is a coffee cozy! It’s not perfect and I think I needed to make it longer because it stretches the heart out when I put it on my coffee cup but it definitely works and I’m glad I actually finished something!

A rite of passage?
The doggers was barking at me when I was flopped on the bed. I figured she wanted to go on another walk. I turned to look at her then lay back in frustration. She immediately jumped on the bed, snuggled in, and fell asleep. I guess she was just a little overtired.

Bad day so I ordered bubble tea and decided to crochet. Finished my first multi-coloured granny square. The middle sucks but otherwise I’m not too upset about it.
It’s late so the lighting sucks and the colours aren’t clear.

Day 1 was Buddha’s Blend (David’s Tea), a personal favourite of mine and a clear sign that earlier Laura had wise premonition. Did I assume I’d be overwhelmed already (still?) on Dec 1 or did I choose it to set a relaxing tone for the month? Either way, I appreciate the thought.

Ummmm. Just noticed that there’s a vent(?) pipe thing connected on one end to outside and on the other end is connected to nothing just laying beside my oil furnace. Should I be worried?
