All recovered from my ultra. First longish run this morning in Edmonton’s beautiful river valley. Helped Jen figure out the route for ‘Warm Hands, Warm Hearts’ - a race to support the unhoused with mittens and hats.

Finished the #CappadociaMediumTrail ultra yesterday- 63k, 2000m gain. Challenging race, HOT, fun surprises (natural rock tunnels and scrambles). Views were incredible. Racing an international Solomon event was entirely different from homegrown ultras. 10/10 experience. #TrailRunning #ultramarathon

First water practice of the season! And it was a long paddle too (almost got to the high level bridge). After indoor workouts on an erg all winter, fresh air and water felt amazing even if the water was freezing. On the road to nationals… #edbrc #dragonboating #yeg #paddling #canadapaddling
