This afternoon, I walked around Providence, exploring shops and visiting the campus. I ended up walking 4.6 miles, and it felt amazing. I'm so glad I moved to RI!

I'm slowly getting back into running after a difficult year of illness and injury. This picture is from my half marathon during the Oklahoma City Memorial race in 2021. I was living in OKC during the 1995 bombing, so it was incredible getting to run this race.
