Happy #Caturday
Kitties don’t go out with the recycling. We reuse the ones we have.

I finally, *finally* found the hardware for hanging the curtain rods. Now it’s in a plastic leftovers container on the shelf near the curtains, and this time we not going to lose it.

So sorry about your elbow! Here’s another jar-opening tip: new jars have a vacuum seal. Turn the jar upside down and use a flat screwdriver to pry the edge of the lid away a tiny bit. The seal will break with a little “pop!” and the jar will become easy to open.

For some couches, you can put all the cushions in a duvet cover. The cover can go in the washing machine when the cat barfs on it.

I had enough trouble getting used to a cat who tries to eat green things like carrot tops or leeks or dill. They’re food, if not cat food. But green lifesavers? In the plastic wrappers?

Happy National Porridge Day!

I’m glad she changed her mind. We should welcome her, instead of pushing her to double-down on her former wrongness

We think she’s about 12. She thinks she’s a kitten.

We went to the farmers’ market, where the strawberries were a snare and a delusion. Behold the berry-shaped objects!
