I don't think his actions are based on him believing nonsense as at least it would be "scientific" albeit incorrect science. His actions are about killing Democrat policies. It's the politics of autocracy.

There's apprx 80,000 Somalis in Minnesota. Not hundreds of thousands. And even if there were why are they different from Cubans (oh right they tend to vote Republican) or Haitians (of which there are about a million) or other hard working community-building immigrants. Rage baiting works.
