The punchline is the salary.

I gave up on this survey, it's so badly laid out and formatted. The aim is a good one but this needs to be looked at , you'd have to have the patience of a saint to complete it.

Fair point, profiting from illness is never a good look but suppose we could say the same about medicines bought from multi national pharmaceuticals ...point being it's not black and white.

It's nothing new. When the NHS was first set up, private companies, AKA doctors surgeries and dentists were part of the 'service' and continue to be so. It comes down to value for money and quality, whether on this it's the best option is arguably but the principle isn't.

If Tommy Two-names even ever became an MP then we'd be finished. Even Clacton wouldn't pick him...or would they?

Just can't see who in the Labour party could take his place, none of them are up for the job, or have the balls to turn things around and actually make 'ordinary' people's lives considerably better, robbing the far right who thrive on fear, poverty and misery.

I'm not going to apologise. Labour were the best of a very bad bunch, give or take the Greens here in England. It's not great but compared to a Tory-Reform coalition, it's infinitly better.

There will come a time, and probably sometime soon, when Musk does or says something so outrageous and abhorrent that if there is any sense in the UK electorate, Farage will be finished by association. If there isn't, then the UK deserves what it gets.

Had to remind myself that the good folk of Eastleigh decided to keep her as their MP. One of the dumbest and cruelest politicians of recent times.

They're not used to paying taxes like the rest of us. It's a real shock to the system.

Erm...just a pick of contenders for these.
Johnson PM: took us out of the EU and costing the UK tens of £bn in lost trade. Partied as British public couldn't see their family at Xmas.
Raab FS: Windsurfing whilst Afghanistan fell.
Dowden: Flags, slave trader statues
Truss (FS): Where to begin.

Justice shouldn't be based on what will upset Farage or his followers. If she'd been given a life sentence it wouldn't have been enough for them. Personally, if someone threw a milkshake over me I'd not expect them to go to prison.

If only, on this occasion, the Mail and Express were actually being truthful and accurate.

We probably need to worry about the resemblance.

She hasn't got time to wipe her arse, she works whilst on the shitter and sends someone to wipe it for her.

When I also became working class, working part time at McDonalds, I was horrified that the bread rolls used for the Fillet-o-Fish were steamed. Perhaps that's where her phobia of moist bread comes from.

Eating steak normally requires using both hands and lots of chewing, especially if eating it raw which she probably does. It would be difficult to get much work done at the same time so presumably her staff cut bits up and feed them to her whilst she types her latest insane musings for the press.

Nothing says "I'm struggling" like taking a day off from "farming" to drive round London in a £100k tractor wearing Barbour and Hunter's wellies.

I hope she has it rare, if it's even felt the heat of a frying pan it's too woke!
December 12, 2024 at 10:11 AM
She's very weird. That doesn't mean she wouldn't make a great Prime Minister of course if it wasn't for her abhorrent views on LGBT+ rights, maternity leave, her lying and bullying, lack of emotional intelligence and empathy...
December 12, 2024 at 10:10 AM
I don't see anything turned off, we had a senior cabinet minister resign just last week because of a story dragged up by a newspaper, the scrutiny has been relentless...where there's a lull could it simply be that 'they' have run out of stories?
