day seven of training like megan thee stallion: arm day went great! i added wall push-ups into the workout. while i can't quite do 90 mins of cardio JUST yet (bc of location stuff) i am noticing that i'm lasting a lot longer when i'm jump roping before the weight lifting ♥️
