Exactly. I said the same thing just the other day. But it is… ALL TRUE.

It’s ridiculous to think that all parents will make the right decisions for their children in this regard. I work at a high school and parents may see the income need as higher than their educational needs. And some parents are selfish. This will be abused if it passes.
