As a former recipient of a Fulbright, I can confirm that having my funding cut off as a 22-year old in South Korea would have been ... disruptive. While some may be able to find other jobs, others may be effectively stranded depending on whether they have enough funds to even get themselves home.
Just got an email from the Fulbright Association. As of right now, funding has been cut off to 12,500 US citizens currently abroad and and more than 7,400 foreigner scholars and students in the United States

I would really like my childhood dream of becoming the first woman president to be ruined (or won by me) in my lifetime. It seems the only way to guarantee this is for both parties to nominate a woman as their presidential candidate.
Of course that will be the year the third party candidate wins.
