I'm talking about scaling down using smaller turbines near urban areas. I'm skeptical of people talking about efficiency since this seems to be a fossil fuel talking point. A community needs to find sources of energy.

The switch to Zombie Fuels was in 2005, and 2008 was cuz a frack site is worthless after 18 months.
He talked w/ Simon Michaux, and they kept saying about when to change, but they said later.

I tend to agree with Jim Massa, that the deep ocean heat has been locked in since 1990. It's hard to argue with thermodynamics. I think that the real Fourth Industrial Revolution in 2005, moving to a Mordor economy of fracking and tarsanding, has led to a 7x increase in emissions in 18 years.
