Exercising your right to vote is the best way to protect it. Show your kids that voting is normal and expected, not just every four years, but every time and every ballot. (3/4)

My ballot today was all small local races - things that don’t seem like the make a difference. I still felt it was important to turn out. I took my son to the polls for the first time. I want him to grow up assuming voting is part of being an adult and that no election is too small. (2/4)

Ultimately, the death of US manufacturing is about this attitude. It's easy to say "buy american or stfu" because virtue signaling is free. But it's hard to actually sustain a business because many Americans simply don't want to pay what it costs to produce things ethically in this country

They probably are foodsafe, it just seems odd to me that they don’t list that fact, care instructions, or heat tolerance.

I’m a lot more careful about this kind of thing now that I buy baby stuff.

The tea cups do say “hand wash only” and “do not microwave,” but you’re probably right about the licensing.

That’s called survivor bias 😉. There’s still nothing indicating that it is foodsafe or any care instructions.
