Life is a mystery
Everyone must stand alone
I hear you call my name
And it feels like home
When you call my name, it's like a little prayer
I'm down on my knees, I wanna take you there

We're about to see who is really committed to freedom of expression, regardless of whether they agree. We're about to see whether constitutionalism is a stronger ethos than partisan preference.

Even a year ago, I wouldn't have been so uncertain what we'd learn.

Busted: I do indoctrinate my students, but only about music.

Discussion prompt: What does Me and Mia mean? What would a textualist say? How would an originalist decide? How would you decide? Is @tedleo.bsky.social 's intent dispositive?

I wrote to Brown U expressing my disgust as an alumna and got this note back from the president's office.

I'm considering writiing back the following: I got a Brown education when that was worth something. I know how to read, and I've ead the agreement.

TFW you're serious about rejecting the administrative bloat that plagues less heterodox universities.

Anyhow, seems like we've reached a point in the US where many ordinary people- not affiliated with militias - hold the belief that only violence will protect them / us from an outgroup.

Like these folks, having a normal one on the Doctors Without Borders feed.

This is just stenography. The words illegal, unconstitutional, and constitution appear nowhere in this piece. The administrative coup *is* illegal- but the Times treats demonstrable fact as a matter of Democrats' and watchdog groups' opinion.

By whitewashing the coup, they are enabling it.
